A multi purpose skeleton for animation in skyrim. Include New skeleton structure.
Inspired from oblivion mod:
Coronerras Maximum Compatibility Skeletons by coronerra (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/27945)/

By any means, this mod will not affect 1st person animations

Using TBBP animation, when my char is walking the right side of the butt hangs down ...when he stand .. the right side just jump up in the correct position. any idea why ? and how to fix it ?

I can't get it work to other animation mod (e.g. New Anim for 1H weapon mod) any information to make it work ?
Make sure you know whether those mods are supported by FNIS or not. You have to learn how use FNIS mod. How? go to FNIS mod page

I've noticed it's really difficult to drag corpses with this skeleton (or impossible), any reason you can think of? 
Did you read the feature ? know Realistic Ragdolls and Force Mod ? Do you know about it?

I want my previous skeleton back! any idea how to get the skeleton back ? vanilla one maybe ?
You should know better when about to apply Modified files to your games, whether installing or uninstall it. Really.... I don't need to said every people to back up their own files.

With CHSBHC skeleton, the breast are shake when jump. With XPMS, I don't see it. Is this really support CHSBHC?
What making those "fake" thing that you called shake when jump weren't a physics for breast. Vanilla jump didn't animate breast bone that came from CHSBHC. It was using a controller named Lagbonecontroller. It has an ugly issues with "depressed" chest when running and walking. It work by delaying some node's velocity at certain sec. Mostly, similar to particle physics. 

I couldn't drag a body with this skeleton, why?
This skeleton are made for Realistic Ragdoll n Force. You need plugin (esp from RR&F mod. The realistic variant.

I request a specific skeleton

Mostly, I'm only take a peek at each skeleton of different mods. I don't invent any of the bone/system but only put what all could be mixed into a New scratch, rebuild it at max then export it again then tweak it here and there. So, I don't need any of your recognition for this since I just make a "coctail"
